Conducted ethnographic fieldwork on urban green space usage in Singapore. Produced personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for policy design.
Carousell — 2024
Redesigned trust signals in peer-to-peer marketplace interactions. Developed the Circles concept — a neighborhood-based community layer to extend seller credibility beyond ratings.
